i weight 55 (i'm a light kid) so thats more than 100g. That's almost equivalent to 12 glasses of Soymilk everyday (with each serving around 8.5g.)
whenever i take in high amounts of protein at once i get watery ending .......
No Pain No Gain.

How many tools do I see at the gym using terrible form just so they can pretend to be strong and risk hurting themselves. The burn is important, not the weight.

And please ignore the assholes on youtube, theyre just angry that they dont have the willpower to become fit and strong!
best of luck.
of saying that you are over-exerting your muscles and tearing them too much, causing damage. When you work out enough, small tears form in your muscles, which when repaired by the use of protein, make your muscles grow back bigger and stronger. When you work out past the point of pain-or too much, those tears become too big for the body to repair properly, and result in damage rather than growth. This is the same as tearing a muscle, which is considered an injury, so over excercising should be
By cryptopsyskully [Affiliate User] 1227528475 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWhoa, i think you are way overdue for a serious reply! milk, cheese and other dairy products are good for building bone strength as they contain calcium, so good for the body altogether but not necessarily for the muscles. Eggs, fish, red meat and obviously protein powder are all good sources of protein, which is good for repairing muscles, so protein is a good thing to eat after working out. Basically for muscle growth and repair, protein is your answer, so eat protein foods after a work out
