AMEN dude. The first thing, well second, first is how this game is so epic and nothing can compare to it. But yeah the 2nd thing that comes to mind when you are talking about MGS is SOLID SNAKE.

this song reflects the games perfectly because they are all epic games. and the song makes you feel as like it is part of the game. it just feels metal gear.

This is a stolen piece of a Neo-Romantic Russian composer called Sviridov.
It is sad that the Japanese guy that made this remix did not mention this.
At least it is no longer being used (what basically proves it was stolen).
