This is my Mum's recipe for "Lemon Cheesecake" - the most delicious dessert you

will ever make! With only 5 ingredients, it's a breeze to put together and is guaranteed to impress your family and friends :)

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

250g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
1x Packet of Plain Biscuits (Cookies)
3x 250g Packets of Cream Cheese
2x 395ml Tins of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice of 2 Large Lemons


Preperation Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 2 - 3 Hours
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    Cheesecake is a rich dessert. Best served as small pieces!

    The recipe in the video is designed for serving at a party, so it will serve about 10-12 people. Reducing the ingredients may decrease the size, but I cannot guarantee it will set correctly. Give it a go and let us know how it works out ;)

    wow i just made the cheesecake..it's really good but soooooooo rich.... after 2 spoons i was already full. i guess next time i'll try with only 2 packets of cream cheese and only 1 x 395 ml of condensed milk...do you think it'll still be good?
