  • Ok if it is blocked ...

    Ok if it is blocked; cmd or notepad do the following:

    To get notepad create a shortcut on the desktop and it should come up with a screen, type notepad then press next then call it w/e you want "Notepad" is fine then click finish.
    wala you got notepad! :P

    To get Command Prompt (cmd) create another shortcut and type "cmd" then next then type w/e "CMD" should do it. Click finish then wala you got cmd :):)

    my schools command prompt in a way that if you click or type anything it says.
    "An admin has disable the command prompt", will this way get me past that? does echo off make it pass?
