I made this vid for the people out there who want to learn how to make a real psi ball but couldnt find anything usefull

For me its just a very basic exersise to feel Chi and learn how to controll it.

And I forgot to to type hands at 00:06 hahaha
and I have spelled energy as energie a few times. It can be confusing because its energie in my language sorry for that
