Admirer Chapter 5

My mom woke me up at 7:00 the next morning. "Time for church!" she said sitting on my bed. When she saw that I had awoken she said, "Were leaving at 8:00," then she left my room. I turned on my cell phone and I have five new text messages. They were all from Tori. I wasn't surprised. She was probably excited for later on today. I viewed the first one.

Tori: wat time r we meeting @ our place

This one was sent at 6:00.

Tori: r u up?

That one was sent at 6:15.

Tori: kourtnee?

6:30.

Tori: gr!

6:45.

Tori: text me when u get up.

Kourtnee: hi

Tori: its about time!

Kourtnee: make it quick i have 2 get ready 4 church.

Tori: wat time should we meet @ our house?

Kourtnee: i get home @ around 10

Tori: k ill b there @ 1015.

Tori: bye :)

Kourtnee: c ya

I took my shower. When I went to church Suzie was the only I really knew there. Like Tori I never really went. Suzie goes every week. "Hey" Suzie said. "Hi." "I'm surprised to see you here," she said. "Yup! Whoa I still have an adrenalin rush from last night! I can't believe we actually met Kevin Jonas!" "I know man!" Suzie yelled. Casey, a girl from our youth group walked up to us and said, "What did you just say?" Suzie looked at her and said "I can't believe I met Kevin Jonas yesterday!" "NO WAY!" Casey yelled "Yes way!" I said, "I hung out with him yesterday!" "Casey!" Casey's mother yelled. "Come here" She left me and Suzie. "Why don't you come home with me?" I asked. "kay," she said, "let me ask my mom." She came back and said "geeze, that woman doesn't know when to quit! She kept going on and on about how I'm never home." "Does that mean no?" I giggled. "Hold on let me ask her again" She went and asked her mom again. "She said I guess, but when I get home I have to clean my bathroom."
On the car ride home Suzie was really hyped up! "Are you excited much?" I asked her. "YESSS!!" She yelled. Just then I heard my cell phone, it was a text from Tori. Shocker.

Tori: hi

Kourtnee: hi

Tori: r u out of church?

"Oh, oh let me talk to her!" Suzie said as she grabbed my phone.

Kourtnee: hey hows it goin!?

Tori: umm hi

Tori: r u ok?

Kourtnee: This is suzie im comin home with kourt!

Tori: o hi suz!

Kourtnee: hey dude

Kourtnee: r u excited?

Tori: yea!!!!!

"You need a cell phone," I said as I watched her text very slowly. "My mom says that young people waste too much of their time texting and chatting on the phone, therefore I'm not going to get one till I'm 18," she replied. "Wow!" I said in shock. "Ask her if she's on her way," I demanded. "Okay but It's going to take me..." "Oh just give me the phone" I chimed in.

Kourtnee: where r u?

Tori: im a mile away from ur house

I snapped the phone shut as we arrived at my house. Suzie and I headed straight to my room. "I want to call him sooo bad!" she said. I giggled "that makes two of us!" "Do you have anything nice but not to nice?" she asked. I had to giggle at her while I saw her layered blue shirt and kaki skirt. You could tell she came from church. I opened my closet doors, "take your pick." She decided on a teal polo shirt from Áeropostale, an orange tank top to go under the polo, and a pear of my jeans. I had to pick out my outfit. I put on a shirt that said Áero on it and a pear of my stone washed jeans. My whole wardrobe was Áeropostale. I loved it. "Kourtnee!" My mom called from the bottom of the steps "Tori's here!" Tori came up the stairs. "Are we ready to go?" she asked. "Yeah I guess," I said. Suzie said, "Hold on" then she raced to the bathroom and put lip-gloss on. I rolled my eyes again. "OMJ Suzie" Tori called "Kevin is mine! Who are you trying to impress?" "You never know what his brothers look like!" she said. Then we were off to Kevin's house.
