Timothy as Matthew Farragher. He is a chef who sees his kids once a year for two weeks. Julia(Nastassja Kinski) is a scientist trying to make better vegetables. The two families end up in the same beach house for their vacations. Neither family is leaving and so the fun begins! When Julia's fiancée shows up, Matt realizes he has feelings for her.
