its called google type it in krav maga sometime and maybe you wouldnt look so ignorant on that comment as for the system you obviously dont train in it otherwise you wouldnt be saying anything right now. It works and its highly effective thats why I had SWAT cops in my class taking it and allot of other organizations investing time and money into it, however it all depends on your teach and their experience as well exposing you to different levels of it

its worked when i had the classes even if the guy pulled the gun and moved away cause your taught to always move forward even if they goto ground they dont show this much in the demos but thats a absolute last resort in my job though their are no options ...GUN and then the training kicks in

It's actually pretty easy to grab a gun as long as you can reach it, but you're absolutely right - hand over the money first and only fight back if they want to take you somewhere else or don't leave when they've got the money.

i personally agree krav maga is the fastest defense in the world in a street fight where ur life is in danger and im learning and i will make sure my wife and my children learn it as well . knowledge is power i belive and if u know krav maga it will save ur life one day on the streets.i love krav maga abd im going for commando krav maga . they train u in street fight scenarios and their real sparring with all the protection and u fight with 5 , 10 opponents . krav maga rules the world

Actuallly Krav is conisdered one of the most realistic/effective fighting system available for civilians. It doesn't have any choreographed forms or kata like most traditional martial arts (which is far more unrealistic) but instead focuses on real self defense. And let's face it: A real fight is neither romantic nor beautiful, it's pure brutality, it's about surviving...
Oh, I should add: I didn't mean to insult traditional styles. I myself am doing jujitsu afterall;).

Not many would, which is why all techniques in Krav are designed to account for the attacker's attempted response.

Of course, only you can really make the call as to whether you should try and fight them or just give them what they want. Ultimately, though, sometimes you don't have a choice, e.g. you've already given them all you have and the gun's still in your face -- what do you do then?

i dont like bashing peoples styles/systems, but what kind of attacker would let you take there gun and start hitting them without some sort of resistance/pulling away/shooting you....comeon ppl, lets be realistic...for ur safety if someone has a gun pointed at u, do not fight, give them what they want..common sense geez
