Here's a video demonstration in florida of my Sifu, doing Wing Chun. Just the most incredible wing chun demonstration ever. Literally demonstrating a ton of advance techniques, and for those of you who've never seen it, there's more to wing chun then doing lousy low level chain punches.
Oh that was supposed to be in response to Spueramn about healing himself at the cellular level because of wing tsun and I find that to be BS. My sifu teaches that the magic of 'chi' is nothing more than body mechanics etc.

What martial art drills you to get punched in the face repetitively? NONE! Point of a martial art or ay self defense is to defend/evade/minimize impact from strikes. Not all martial arts cover every aspect of a fight as well which is something everyone knows god grow a brain and respect the level of skill these guys have.

By thecrowlord [Affiliate User] 1211569748 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveLearning Wing Chun Kung Fu has helped me to understand how to gather energy and I have been able to use this energy or Chi to help the body to heal. The Difference is I actually understand how the healing takes place at the cell level thanks to my Father Dr C. Samuel West. and the Free Lessons now you can to.
By Spueramn [Affiliate User] 1211544404 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI plan to study Wing Chun, Escrima, and Muay Thai during the next matter of years to blend in with my parkour background and other martial arts. So far Wing Chun looks to be an extreme challenge but I cant wait.

By duaneshadow [Affiliate User] 1210944940 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyup, that was a demonstration, I assume application would be a little different. also keep in mind in that my limited knowledge of the art ( I took my first class tonight) it focuses on getting into a blind spot.

By rsvingtsun [Affiliate User] 1210493438 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeit fells good don't it
By rsvingtsun [Affiliate User] 1210493382 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIts about contact sensitivity, which also important in grappling situations. Don't let one video keep you from doing WC. This systems covers all ranges of combat, and punches you mentioned always trained against in the schools. Chi Sao is usually shown on youtube because of its uniqueness, there is a lot more to this system. Find a good Sifu, you won't be sorry you trained in WC.

By slideandkick [Affiliate User] 1210303505 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI have had the privilege of doing Chi Sao with my SiGung Fong here in Tucson.
If you note, at 1:12 the opponent has no control over his Body and falls. I have watched Fong do this to people and drag them across the floor. It is a great demonstration of Chi.
Amazing demo Sifu Fong rocks.
