Uh... what league are you looking at? 'Cause in the MLB you will rarely see a 100mph fastball. Average? I'd say about 89-92mph. Also, what's the point? It's a smaller ball? That just makes it go a lot further.

baseball players don't have to swing faster, they just have to shorten their swing,baseball hitters are used to drawing back before they go into a swing but it's not possible to hit a softball this way. another difference is the angle of the swing, in softball u have to level ur swing to contact the ball, and sometimes swing down to hit risers

yeah lets have a baseball player who has probably never faced a softball pitcher much less jennie finch bat against her. baseball players arent used to that release point. try having a softball player hit the most elite baseball pitcher in the game.

no u dont a baseball is traveling 90-100 mph and it is smaller in softball u have bright green softball

i would say with a baseball because its smaller so its easier to arrange it but for softball its bigger so its harder.
