    Sadly, if that wasn't an illegal mexican(reason to lie and give 2 names), that officer was too dumb to be on the force, and I hope he lost his job. We don't get all the facts from the video, so this escapee might have been out for days, or weeks. However, you always run a social security number, ALWAYS. Especially in a time like that, so he should have lost his job for not following proper procedure. I'm sure they caught him soon after they reviewed his on board camera tape but that's still sad.
