    You should probably wait a couple of years until you get very into it but they key is to eat A LOT. Every 2 hours you should have a meal or a protein shake. Example: breakfast at 8 am, protein shake 10 am, lunch 12 pm, protein shake 2 pm, protein shake 4 pm, dinner 6 pm, protein shake 8 pm. If you aren't trying to lose weight, have a shake before bed. You could try creatine, but I would wait until you are older.

    well if u mean protein supplements then its not true. but u do need some protein in ur diet. u should be able to get it in ur daily meals. just eat a peoper balanced meal.

    as for the form try this for a change. lower all your weights and do a very slow, full motion. 1-2 secs up and 1-2 secs down on all your exercises. if ur a beginner this is the way to go. do what he is doing only if you are an advanced builder. or you wont get optimum results and u might injure urself.

    Don't take protein supplements. Worst thing you could do. Eat foods that have naturally high protein. Just keep working out. You'll get there.
