The standard name for the paper is "toner transfer paper"

Believe it or not, the only bad thing about pouring the remains down the sink is the residual copper (very toxic), I think water neutralizes the ferric chloride. but you should use washing powder (as long as it contains sodium carbonate, not sure if sodium bicarbonate works though) to neutralize the copper ions that are left in the solution, then it is sink pourable :).

When you say play with solder wick, surely you mean to rework the joints, as solder wick is for desoldering purposes. If my tips get that dirty, I use tip cleaning paste with solder and a wet sponge, it brings brilliant results but the paste is quite corrosive to the tip so keep its use to a minimum. Be careful with the wick too, i've seen many people lift tracks and pads with them :). Good video though, shows the general method very well, 5 stars. And Some very good tips from merasanam too.

Hi, when you drill the holes in the circuit board you should put a piece of wood under it, the holes will look much better on the other side.

I agree with you. By etching first you are left with the little recesses in the hole-pads. This enables you to more accurately seat the drill bit.

I do curcuits same way. Lazer print the circuit but I just iron it on the PCB. I don't bother with the nickel tough.

Nice work, good ideas. What are you using to wipe the board when you are using the heat gun and the rosin paste?
Can you use hot acids like Ferric Chloride acid, or will using hot acid remove the toner?

e quais são os liquidos que ele usa? tem acetona, mas quais sao os outros?
