Gastric Bypass can be an ideal solution. Very good and enlightening video. Dr. Wittgrove is compassionate and edifying when it comes to misperceptions about weight issues and the accompanying social and economic prejudice.

A lot of morbidly obese people have so much excess skin after losing weight, that it has to be surgically removed. Exercising will not make your skin tighten, the elastin is damaged in the skin and that is what causes it to be so stretched and hanging down.
