ummmm theres a couple of girls in my gym that have these surgery, and the thing that i've hear about it, well that at least they tell me about, is that they need to be in the gym at least 3 hours working out, or else all the proceadure would not last, and i've sen them its true 3, 4 hours training in the gym, thats crazy, bea caerful girls, thing about this 2 times.
