    so after i restarted i went on internet explorer to do the rest of this guide and guess what it disabled my internet connection yet my wireless stillsaid i was being connected but when ever i opened the internet it said i wasnt connected so i did a system restore and said F**k all these guides they are really hopeless the only reason people download fast is because of their internet providers and my guess is that i cant do this S**t with wireless internet if it fucked it up as it did.

    but utorrent maximum is about 20 and there are plenty seeds

  • Redo the port ...

    Redo the port numbers, in both utorrent and the router (pick different one) and make sure to click apply, this normally fixes it.
