this type of heli is tricky to land, is not as easy as a 206 jet ranger !!!
such a ground roll over can happen to ALL OF US heicopter pilots !!!!!!!!!!!!
therefore, dont blame this pilot, he were just unlucky this day !
and, swiss heli pilots are the best worldwide !

what a moron all he had to do was cut the engine and he would have been fine once it touched ground.

It can been seen clearly that the swash plate got stucked right after he touched the tarmac. It seems that there was a failure in setting the pitch correctly. But this maneuvre / F.O.D.-handling is trained in the first helicopter pilot lesson. What a waste to train such an idiot on such a vehicle!

There is no respect for such also-rans in this world. It's obvious that he is just not good enough to fly this vehicle. It seems to be a lack of intelligence as well as a lack of a feeling how to crash a helicopter esthetically. What a loser! Hope really he still had enough money (after spending a fortune on his training) to pay his funderal - I don't want to have wasted my taxes (I am Swiss) on such an idiot....

There is a higher quality version of this on youtube. If you watch carefully, you can actually see that the right skid is indeed caught and that when the helicopter takes off it is pulled away from the fuselage and twisted around like a paperclip by the turning helicopter. Clearly dynamic rollover. You can see when the helicopter bounces for the last time that the skid slides sideways and gets pinned under something. The other video was posted by sneeze 1974.
