    I remember a video where he talked about the certain types of abdominal exercises to bring the pelvis back into its proper position. He didn't demonstrate it like this (unless he did in another video), but he explained the issue of the pelvis tipping forward, and named some exercises to bring it back into place.
    I might go back and find it and message it to you, but you might be able to find it browsing through his channel.
