lay down on your back
arms at your side
legs flat and straight not elevated
drag your left heel on the mat towards ur but
form a 90 degree angle w/ ur right arm
make a fist with your right hand
bring the left hand to the top of the right
lift up so that you support your upper body weight on your right elbow, you dont want to rise completly off the mat just enough so that your left shoulder is off the mat
try it and give me a thumbs up thumbs down
