this is a clip, from pen and teller BS, the kid associates a word with an object but has no idea what it means or how to apply it, basically this makes no difference if you teach this stuff to a baby in his diaper stage or later on.

This video is marvolous! To see what our children can do for the future! This video may seem like just a video with a baby making physical gestures as her father shows her the pictures of the main functions of what our body can do for us. This video is much more than that. This shows how our future may be. But, with our knowlege increasing at high rates, we tend to create new machines that do simplest of tasks for us.

It's as though the rise of technology is repelling the advancement of evolution. It makes sense though, where we fail physically, machine augments. Where we once had to think upon our feet for survival, is now replaced by the repetition of a shielded pattern of 9-5's. Common-sense is replaced by TV remote control reflex. It's no wonder IQ's are falling as weights are gaining.
