my favourite song of all time performed by my favourite artist of all time. this is simply brilliant.

i do agree that no version comes close to buckley's however. although this is by far the closest.

If Damien Rice was so bad, he wouldn't have been invited to play at the induction. Nor would he have been asked to accompany Leonard Cohen at a few shows. Thanks for posting this song. I wasn't aware of this version and I really like it. Been listening to it a lot. I listened to the Jeff Buckley version and for some reason I prefer this one. I guess it's all down to individual perception.

I agree.. no version, whether it be the original or a cover, will ever compare to Jeff Buckley's version. However, Damien Rice is my favorite artist and he does an excellent job.

Nobody will ever perform this song even close to buckley, but this is a gret version, remember buckleys was a cover too, so lets keep making tributes to the legend that is buckley and this legendary song, thankyou damien
