    THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS SERIES .I am currently assisting UNEMPLOYED Refugee Doctors and Engineers prepare for IELTS in my home town in the UK.. ESOL is only funded to level 2 here. Therefore many get stuck in unemployment as they cannot afford expensive tuition. We work with them as volunteers. Does anyone have any idea how such people can get help to fund IELTS ?The LEARNING SKILLS COUNCIL withdrew funding recently in the U.K. so local colleges no longer offer it. WHAT A WASTE OF TALENT.

    oh men... I only wanted to send you question regarding above message and after I've written it, youtube told me that you blocked people out of your friend list from sending private messages. I thought there is some kind of explanation field of adding you to friends but there wasn't. Now I'm confused.. simple thing and it's so hard on youtube. :/ I'll be glad if you'll help me with my London issue.
