That is correct...The smaller the beam the higher the concentration of the beam to a particular spot the stronger the burning power :).

So if I can focus the beam that means I would be able to have better burning power.

Yes. You try to focus the beam to the smallest spot possible at an infinite distance.

The beam expander will work for the Hulk 150mW but there is no adapter so you'd need to find a way to fit the beam expander to the Hulk.

BTW, if I want minimum divergence with my expander, where do I set the focus for? I presume infinity?

Not sure about that.

If you are mean mw per unit area then the factor is 100 (since area squares to the diamter)

On the other hand, if you mean apparent brightness, then the improvement will be much less (but hard to quantify) because human brightness perception works logarithmically.
