Ummm, go to the link I sent you, there might be some apps that will work for compressing files! or if you use toast, just click on fit dvd! or you can use iMovie to compress it and then export it, make sure you use iSquint to convert it into mp4 files first, and then use my fastest way importing movies into iMovie, and export as the dvd file!

thanks for your help i had been looking for ages for mac dvd burning software n now i've ripped my dvd movie with mactheripper but when i try to burn it on blank dvd liquidcd says the file is too big as it's 6.5gb n the dvd i use is 4.7gb...is there a way out?

If your mac can burn DVDs no, if yours only can read, which is the cheaper on, u need one!

yea, you just have to convert them into aDVD files and then burn them onto a blank DVD!

Nero is a app for Windows that can rip and burn DVDs. and it can also compress movie files, basicly what it does is to do anything with a movie file.

LiquidCD is only for mac. For windows, most people use Nero, I think Nero is the best for windows!
