well,for big guy you do the same stuff anyone else does,practice!!How i practice i sit on a chair and dribble the ball behind in front and between my legs. i do that to practice speed and control,then i stand up and do the same so i actually get the feeling of it. then i set up chairs and practice crossing and runnin around them. then i work on tricks, go slow with the tricks first until i get used to it then actually try it. i practice 4-5 hours a day. practice pays off.

isnt it like that most people who know how to dirbble are skinny? im not skinny im almost toned and im only 15. I just need help on how to do moves like this
