well you don't get one of them you talk to like the "pimp" there and

then ask him for a bodyguard and he will tell you about this girl then you buy her for 1000 chips you can also give her stimpacks and she heals herself

yea ive been there before the sniper guys an ass. the part where you enter the town theres likean old half destroyed bloack of flats the sniper guy is at the top being a camping noob

Yea, Go there to disarm what else - Mines.

You can disarm them and sell them for a pretty good bit of Cap. But be careful there is a sniper in minefield. I never returned to try and find him though.
