Depends on how you view "China." People's Republic of China owns the larger mainland while the Republic of China owns the Island: Taiwan. Both are "China" but it seems like only the People's Republic of China carries that name. The Republic of China on the other hand carries the name Taiwan. SO, since that is said, let's not choose for Jay and let him make his own decision on who he is.
