This is just a beautiful childrens song and has nothing to do with drugs etc. Many years some idiots said that THEY interpreted it that way .....are you as stupid as they are?

they can't generally be deceiving when we're talking about drugs... and the meaning of the song is what the creators wanted it to be... and the people singing it in this video are the people who wrote it... (well... peter is, and he avidly denies it) so the meaning ISN'T drugs... plain and simple. anyone who thinks otherwise is just looking for trouble where there is none.

They are so timeless. I saw this concert many years ago, and the faces of the children are absolutely priceless. Thanks for bringing back such wonderful memories.

my mum used to sing this to me when i was a kid, i used to think it was real and little Jackie died and always imagined Puff living for eternity in the cave all sad and depressed. She stopped singing it to me cause i always ended up crying, i was only 5 at the time lol.
but when you think of it like that instead of puff being an imagination friend it is sad.
