These are scenes either I thought were awesome, creepy or disturbed me the most. I'm actually effected by subtly a lot more than gore, so I tried to keep the list balanced, and I stayed away from the exploitation films like cannibal holocaust or salo.

Often I see great movies get bashed in hindsight as well just because they didn't rely on over the top effects and instead relied on human psychology.
