I agree. Same thing happened with Journey, and its like there is nothing wrong to be proud of someone of your own race, but Filipinos omg, they just over do it. I loved the whole "I'm not proud to be filipino because of you". There should be more reason to be proud to be filipino than some girl who can sing, who just happens to be from your country.

Charice could be another national treasure. Celine and Oprah gave her a huge opportunity to showcase her talent. The audience was very appreciative. Way to go Charice!
