The two switches ...
The two switches are for the sustainer. One turns it on and the other sustains the note but makes it an octave higher, to give the controlled feedback sound.

Im not sure but i know that FLO is the name of the guitar he uses that is fitted witha Fernandez Sustainer pickup in the neck.

It might tell u what FLO stands for on wikipedia or jemsite.
