Poncho, my smart 30 year old double yellow headed amazon parrot, uses one of his feathers to help scratch his head! He was not taught to do this, he figured it out on his own! My lovebird likes ...
My lovebird likes to use a "tool" also. She'll grab a craft stick (a great cheap toy) and use it to poke the half-moon conure in the cage beside her.
