J.J Putz Entrance

LGM (lets go mets) cant wait to see him in NY. Seatle fans thanks for taking an awful reliever (heilman), a DH prospect (carp), a #10 starter (vargas), and two minor prospects. Not to mention Endy (he will be missed). and ontop of JJ we got sean green and Jeremy reed.

Yeah, it'd be nice if the Mets could win the World Series. I mean, last season I got to see the Phillies along with former Mariner's ace pitcher, Jamie Moyer finally win the big one. I'd like to see Putz have that kind of season in 2009.

I agree, Putz had a rough 2008 season, but the way he ended the season was absolutely fantastic. He came in for the final game and struck out the side... Vintage JJ Putz!

i know yea he did not have that good of a season last season butt he is still one of the best cloer in the game mets got krod and j.j putz they are going to have a good pen this season

Yeah, that was in the paper this morning. It's a real bummer for me. I hope he keeps his music and I'll look forward to watching a few Mets games next season.

What blows my mind, is the Mariners still have losers like Bautista, but they got rid of their star closer? I mean, WHAT THE HELL?
