Give russia years and years, they will NEVER be anywhere near as advanced with military, aviation, or any technology for that matter. (Notice the paper mache tubes the soviets call missiles being paraded around their streets, Russian aircraft are made with 3rd generation tech, while U.S craft are entering 6th generation. I want to say that the chinese/russians are making a stealth fighter that will compete with the raptor. I just hope the u.s. is working on the next gen air superiority fighter.

The PAK-FA will have a test flight in 2009. It will have stealth, and will definitely make the F-22 obsolete.
