rebbot the computer and press the f-8 key until safe boot menu appers select safe mode. after the computer boots the hidden administrator account should appear. if the default setup has not ben changed than this account will not be password protected. simply log in open the control panel. go to user accounts find the account you are trying to get into and sinply click remove password. reboot the computer and your in.
