that is what exactly happended to me until i realized that the rar file does not go into the psp ,you have to extract the file then put it in your memory card and also try deleting your cache because it might be taking up too much memory so try that nd it will work trust me !!!

and most all errors in this can most likely be traced back to an error in the installtion.

so if your having issues erase the file completly off your psp and then re-install it again
