well I have looked at Tim Halcomb's vid of this, and, NO, there aren't any mistakes with the exception of maybe one note, but he combined his style with Guthrie's and didn't want to do an exact duplicate anyway. For the most part, he played it right with a few embellishments. get jealous if you want, but he did a fantastic job and you can check those other accounts they aren't him! SO STOP HATING BEFORE I GET EM MY WITCH DOCTOR TO CAST EM A SPELL ON YOU! :-)

Isn't it funny that all this time you are still here pretending to be you and your fans! Pat Martino is a great player, unique influential style. However I have to tell you that if Guthrie were to transcribe Oleo, from any performance, he could and he would also play it with astonishing feel and accuracy. He is not Pat Martino though and Mr Martino is not Guthrie so comparison is pointless. I also think you have a more unhealthy obsession with Mr Govan than most of his fans who post on here.
