if the guy is dual-wielding two guns (which is pretty rare) then one would not rather disarm the gun but disarm the body by getting low and plating your foot between his legs and then grabing the forward arm and twisting his body over you. Like the Uchi Mata Judo Throw, except a lot easier since you dont nessecerially need a lot of strength.

usually the most safest way would be to use your palm to redirect the gun then control the gun or disarm the attacker.

This technique should work if the pistol's fire range is 30 cm.
