this is because, utorrents default settings to make your internet browsing as fast as possible, but with these settings internet browsing is slowed down, and the torrent downloading speed is higher

it is so amazing my torrent speed download raised up from 10kb/s to 100kb/s..:p

i think the windows firewall exception is only if you are using the windows firewall, regardless you should still disable all firewalls when downloading torrents, because of speed

you dont need to change anything in those two sections thats why and by the why, and how does it still do nothing, it wont just automatically get the torrents, follow the process on how to get torrents, honestly this isnt really that hard to understand

(you dont show what settings are in scheduler , web UI and advance)

i make all settings like you show in the video and still nothing

instead of disabling the firewall service
can u just go 2 utorrents options then connection & check the lil box that says
add windows firewall xception?
