Tamil Tigers rebels in Sri Lanka have denied accusations that they are using civilians as human shields. In an interview with Al Jazeera, smuggled out of the country, a senior Tiger commander rejected claims that civilians are being kept hostage in the combat zone. Al Jazeera's Tony Birtley reports.
