You say on here that you "insulted you boss and told him where he could stick it"? And your still collecting full pay? In the REAL world when you tell your boss to "stick it" you get fired without pay. Sounds like your a troublemaker to begin with. Acting all "militant" and expecting your boss to just say "ok, sorry" doesn't cut it in the real world.

But you won't quit will you. You'd rather be S**king off the teet of the welfare system than go out and look for another job. 75% of these so called "teachers" were put there for inappropriate contact with students. Bottom line? Keep your hands off the kids and this won't happen.

Ok, look....There's a reason these bad apples are in the "rubber room". There was a thing on the news about it and it said that "many" of the teachers that are put there had complaints of child molestation against them but was hard to prove in court. The school doesn't want to take a chance putting these molesters back into class.

I happen to know someone who's in one of these rooms. Not only is it not true that "most are black", but many have been disciplined for suspicious reasons that have more to do with principals abusing their power if anything else.

I have a feeling that most of the teachers in the rubber room are black and the reason they sit in a room all day and do nothing is so they won't all sue the school system for 'discrimination".

I think it's a good idea. Put all the trouble maker teachers in a room and close the door. Just like they do with "bad" students.
