hey i have a DVD that you guys made. absolutely great proved a point to my friend that bikes are better. but its all about money really. but a 60.000 turbo supra beating a 5000 bike proves nothing. im from the UK by the way i have a ZXR 400 not in the same league as the big bikes but still puts a smile on my face :-) just curious but when are you guys going to make a new DVD? cheers

I am flying to Joburg tomorrow - and will be in Cape Town for a day this week. I've had an R1 and enjoyed it immensely. However, on a fulltilt trip to Vegas, my Busa riding companions dropped me hard when I had the throttle pinned in the desert for 90 minutes (terrible on gas at those speeds). I also own a 12R, which I've had some very good times on. On my Busa, I'm fine with any street applications - including canyon running. Running a well prepped 1K on the track is hard to beat, though.

Why people ALWAYS try and compare the two . sports touriers and sports bike there to provide diffirents things. However you you mentioned a touriers can however become or effectively do everthing (almost) that a sport bike can. I'm thinking about gettinga ZX12r laster this year, why bcos i dont want to be a racer on a R1 liek my mate, but i'll have all the power hes got. Ride fr Cape town to Joburg and i know which i would prefer.
