thanks this worked great! i had to redo it a few times. if youre on vista i think u need to run as admin & keep holding home button throughout the whole process =p thats how I got mine to work..

i just unplugged it ...
i just unplugged it, closed redsnow, restarted my iphone and tried again... worked fine after that
