Kalari looks so bad.. It's just some kind of random fighting. Kung fu is way more organized.

It builds up chi as well and overall health becomes better.

I LOVE Shaolin Kung Fu, as well as Peking Opera! The two things are connected, I've tried both, LOVE it. Similarly Kalari and Indian Dance/Theatre are connected too. It's fantastic exploring these similarities. Through which you are here too! Thank you for your coments. ;-)
