    I have the experience that even though I get better signal and more AP in range it is worse to keep the connection because it undermined 50Ω resistor. Link falls every 60-120 seconds. Proved to be only one solution, the original 7dBi Antenna + CocaCola Booster for WiFi and Bluetooth.
