No, you guys don't get it. The point is that second guessing Bush is not the point. What we want is to have an intelligent president who can make the right decisions as new situations come along. McSame will make the wrong decisions because he doesn't understand the 21st century. He is still living in the Cold War. Obama understands, is smart, and will make the right decisions. It's got nothing to do with kool aid or being starry eyed or anything. It's about the right guy for the job.

We would be better off turning a blind eye to Iran developing nuclear weapons. Would you rather be fighting this war in America? Are you so starry eyed over the Rock Star Obama that you do not see that this would be the alternative?

I'd love to know what the "surge" really means and what it involved. I have the feeling there was a lot of death and destruction behind it. But the word "surge" on its own means almost nothing.
