Golfers skills decline as they get older--do you see Arnold Palmer still winning events or playing nearly as well as he did in his twenties or thirties? Sure, golf isn't as physically demanding as some sports, but is baseball any less of a sport because it is less physically demanding than boxing? Sports don't only involve athleticism but also mastery of the techniques and strategies of the game, as well as mental toughness. Tiger has these qualities in spades, which is why he's the best.
