u idiot halo wars takes place 20 years before halo (first game) halo wars is the battle of harvest. there is no halo in halo wars, only in the name.

WRONG, Halo Wars is Halo Wars, no numbering, Halo 4 IS coming out, there is a new halo 3 download in the XBL marketplace, it's a video of a new game where you play as an ODST, you should check it out.

There won't be a Halo 4, thats a fact. Bungie will make more games involving Spartans, but not Master Chief specifically.
