    search google for 'crossfit'. They have a pretty large database of videos on how to do workouts. You'll have to do a bit of searching on their site to find the videos, but they are there.

    Work those lats man. I believe the full name is Latissimus Dorsi (my spelling may be off).

    Try the lat pulldown, wide grip pull ups, and lat pullovers.

    That should give you that v-shape to your back. If you want a completely wide back, you may want to include deadlifts, but be careful as deadlifts are more of an advanced movement and are prone to injure you if done improperly. Deadlifts are great for building mass, and will thicken your torso. Be very careful with form.

    specially the part closer to the biceps.

    do you know a way that i can get a wider back ? i`m kinda thin and i want to widen my back... any tips ?
