I have no gripes with ABS, it allows you to steer in a skid condition, but if you really don't like it you can always unplug the ABS fuse.
you seem to have a good grasp of handling and driving in general, I'd say the best thing for you to do is test drive one and see if you like it. these cars are plauged by boost leaks, worn mounts and suspension bushings, pay close attention to those on a test drive.

No T/C, good, hopefully no ABS or STM as well. I personaly don't like the computers interveining. When correcting a mistake, I expect the car to behave a certian way, but it trys to correct itself and it scrwes me all up. And the unforgiving part, if you are talking about how awd is snappy when correcting over/under steer, it isn't to harry. It just taks some getting used to around a track, it takes a lot less imput and sometimes none to correct them if they get a little sideways.

to my knowledge, they handle well, but are unforgiving if you make a mistake. no T/C to save you either.

Love this video, I know that these are heavy, but how do they handle through the corners, over-steer/ under-steer?
